Stories of the ‘Stow
Stories of the ‘Stow is a flashmob dance performance, created and performed by 20 young people from the borough of Waltham Forest. The performance will include a public dance workshop, open to all ages, enabling members of the public to learn a short section of choreography, and perform with the group on the night.
This community inclusion performance is led by youth dance company, Artistry Youth Dance, that showcases and celebrates aspiring performers of African and Caribbean descent, and lead partner Sir George Monoux College, one of Walthamstow’s well-known and prestigious heritage sites, and a sought after place for further education.
Join us in this exciting performance and workshop that connects, art, culture, and education, bringing the community together!
Presented by Artistry Youth Dance, with thanks to the Sir George Monoux College
