In a special collaboration for Art Night, East of Eden and Audio Visual Mechanism (AVM) invite the audience into a space where digital innovation and the traditional laws of spiritual transformation overlap.
In the intimate setting of Drover’s Rest, a Sensory Garden, participate in a multi-sensory gong bath meditation, enhanced by pulsing light and an ambient soundscape of electronic beats programmed to specific brainwave frequencies. This unique combination will enhance your senses to better experience the art on offer throughout the rest of Art Night.
In a traditional gong bath, many people experience an awake dream state, some see coloured visuals, some experience physical vibrations (and some people fall asleep!) lulled by the sound. With the addition of the other sensory stimulants: the smells of the garden, the neural entrainment from the visuals, and the additional soundscape, you are sure to enter a deep state of relaxation and receptiveness.
Pre-registration required / walk-ins will be admitted depending on capacity. Places are limited so please register here in advance.
