Magicians in Somers Town
Chalton Gallery presents a series of exhibitions and performances in multiple locations in and around Chalton Street, Somers Town. The programme includes an immersive installation at Chalton Gallery by Monica Tolia, alongside performances in the grandiose squares of the residential buildings between Chalton and Ossulston streets by Saelia Aparicio, Sara Rodrigues and Rodrigo B. Camacho.
The Junction of Chalton St and Phoenix Rd will vibrate with hopscotch courts by Finn Thomson open for playful participation, and shop window installations by Richie Moment. Upstairs at the legendary Cock Tavern you will find a new exhibition by Rosie Gibbens and a performance by Guy Oliver in the back room. The night will end with a Tropical Party, starting a 9.30pm with DJs streaming live from Mexico City.
